A Reminder to Change Your Air Filters!
Now that we’re very, VERY close to Winterfest in the Smokies and about 4 months of reasonably cool to very cold temperatures, we can finally take a break from the allergy seasons of Summer and Fall. However, if you don’t continue to change your air filters every one to two months, you’re likely to still get the lingering effects of the allergens from the air filters that caught them previously.
Air filters, as their name states, block out harmful elements in the air that circulates in your house from the HVAC, but they still have to be changed regularity as they get clogged with the harmful elements and lose their effectiveness to protect the air inside your house. Change them a minimum of 6 times a year and you’ll experience a great improvement in the quality of your air.
We’ll do our part to keep reminding every season or so if it helps improve the quality of your home’s circulated air. Have a great day!
